server backup logs me off? Empty server backup logs me off?

currently the main world is over 200mbs, the backup compresses this *at the fastest settings even* into a folder for storage in case of a problem. I expect with my new computer *whenever that is done* I will have a much faster harddrive to help deal with this problem.. I may even get an SSD specifically for the server itself.
